  Poor customer service. They Would not honor a gift certificate because it was just past a year old. My wife knew that I wanted a tattoo of my kids name when He first started to write his name in kindergarten. She bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. A Few months after my kids started kindergarten and learned to write his name. I went for the tattoo and they would not take the gift-certificate because it was just past the year. The store manager called the owner. Owner would not budge. Poor business practice. Don't buy gift cards from here you will lose your money.
