  Outstanding Store. I have been a customer for several years, during which time I always had the pleasure working with the Store Manager, Mark and his knowledgeable staff. Mark possesses great communications skills, high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, great customer service, and very knowledgeable on all the products that are sold in the West Babylon Store. He always goes above and beyond to ensure we understand the products we are interested in purchasing and is very accommodating as far as delivery times. Mark and his staff are a great asset to your organization and what makes the West Babylon PC Richards a step above the rest. I highly recommend visiting this store; especially if you are looking for exceptional service.

  I love shopping at the PC Richard store in West Babylon. I get all my appliances, tv equipment and beds there. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Installations have always been pain free. Jerome Q has made all of my buying experiences a pleasure. He is great! I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
